I started in 2021 with WordPress sites for clients across different industries, moved through ERP and CRM products, and since 2023 I’ve been working in product teams. Design, implementation and handoff, from the same person.

A whole clinic brought into a single path to booking: information architecture, pages for each specialty and doctor, and online booking integrated with the clinic’s system.

I learn the product, the users and the context: user interviews, an audit of what already exists and conversations with the people who use it daily. I don’t execute blindly.
I see where people get stuck and what’s missing. I bring solutions nobody asked for but the product needs.
